Stock Quality Health Check

The Stock Quality Health Check was developed by Opening the Book for the Audit Commission, the Department of Culture, Media and Sport and Arts Council England. A steering group managed the three-year programme. It was made up of representatives of these organisations, together with representatives of the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council and the Society of Chief Librarians.
